To create a specific drink, operators can insert a cocktail capsule, which includes bitters, extracts, juice concentrates, and mixers that typically would have to be purchased individually. After the capsule is inserted into the unit, the machine's user interface touchscreen analyzes the barcode and recommends which glassware would best suit the drink. This touchscreen display offers easy-to-follow prompts that enable operators to customize the strength of the cocktail, which includes a range of light, regular, and strong mixes or even mocktails.
