Cowboy Southern Style is all natural hardwood lump charcoal made in the USA. We use only the highest quality hardwoods, primarily oak and hickory. Made from superior quality, kiln-dried southern hardwood. The higher carbon content of lump charcoal provides more heat than standard briquets for better searing so you get bigger, better flavor! Lump is ready to cook faster than standard briquets and it produces less ash and requires minimal clean up.
